As many times as we need to! Every student has different needs and our practice is highly individualized. Typically, we’ll meet with freshman and sophomores once a quarter, juniors around once a month, and applying seniors around once a week. Depending on what works best, we can meet in person, chat over Zoom or Facetime, talk on the phone, trade emails and texts, or whatever method of communication you prefer :)
